Stelfox is a company formed by the coming together of a number of successful and highly experienced Recruitment and HR professionals from varying backgrounds.

Our UK operation is managed by James Melody, a highly regarded consultant with experience recruiting in both the UK and internationally. James studied science in University and after management roles within the IT Sector, began his recruitment career at our Irish office. James left Stelfox in 2004 to move back to the UK and in 2006 based on his success we have had the pleasure of having him back on board to oversee our UK operations.

James has extensive experience recruiting within the Pharmaceutical sector from entry-level professionals to senior management and board-level appointments. James has experience providing tailored recruitment solutions from contingency selection to executive search.
